Enhancing Visitor Engagement at KREEPA Green Power Expo with Interactive Touchscreen Contests
Overview
KREEPA Green Power Expo 2025–26 (8th Edition) was successfully held at Adlux Convention Center, Angamaly from Jan 23,24,25 . We Tadaang partnered to create an engaging and educational experience for visitors and exhibitors. The objective was to increase engagement, educate attendees on renewable energy concepts, and enhance the overall expo experience through interactive digital contests.
Goals
- 1 Engage Visitors and Exhibitors at Scale : Engage thousands of visitors and exhibitors attending the expo using a simple, walk-in interactive format.
- 2 Educate Through Gamified Learning : Create awareness and understanding of renewable energy and green technologies through fun, quiz-based contests.
- 3 Enhance Expo Experience and Brand Recall : Increase footfall, dwell time, and enjoyment at the engagement zone while creating a memorable experience.
Impact & Outcome
High Participation and Learning : The interactive touchscreen contests attracted continuous participation throughout the expo. Visitors found the experience fun, informative, and easy to engage with, making learning about renewable energy more accessible.
Increased Dwell Time and Repeat Engagement : The gamified format and instant rewards encouraged visitors to spend more time at the kiosk and participate multiple times.
Positive Brand Experience : The combination of education, entertainment, and instant gratification created a positive and memorable brand experience for both visitors and exhibitors.
Conclusion
The interactive touchscreen engagement at KREEPA Green Power Expo, in collaboration with Tadaang, successfully transformed passive attendees into active participants. This case study highlights how gamified digital engagement can enhance learning, increase participation, and elevate the overall experience at large-scale exhibitions.
